Data we collect

The site only collects data you send us voluntarily:

• Pre-order form: name, email or phone, delivery town, content of your request (product, quantity, preferred date).
• Newsletter: email address, with your explicit consent (unticked checkbox).
• Emails you send us directly.

Purposes and legal bases

Pre-order data is used exclusively to process your request and reply to you (pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR).

The newsletter email is used exclusively to send the “Rosporden & the 3 lakes” newsletter (consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Recipients and processors

Transactional emails and the newsletter are delivered by Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), our email provider.

The site is served by Cloudflare (hosting and delivery).

No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Cookie-free analytics

Site traffic is measured with Umami (self-hosted analytics), a privacy-friendly tool: no cookies, no individual tracking, aggregated data only. No consent banner is therefore required for this measurement.

Retention

Pre-order requests: kept for the time of processing then at most 3 years after the last contact.

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability over your data. To exercise them, write to contact@rosporden.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
