The V7 runs along the lakes and through the town: supplies, a refreshing break, a TER station with bike racks and a Cyclists Welcome campsite. Everything is within 10 minutes of the route.

    Greenway 7 (Roscoff–Concarneau) passes along the three lakes, at the heart of the town.

    Quimper–Lorient line with bike racks: handy to shorten or start your stage.

    No bike workshop in the town itself: carry your repair kit, and use the TER station as a fallback towards Quimper or Lorient if it gets serious.
