Terms of sale

Last updated : 2026-07-02

Scope

These terms govern the sale of the gourmet boxes, activity services and gift vouchers offered directly on rosporden.com. They do not apply to bookings made on third-party sites through partner links, which are governed by the third party’s own terms.

Pre-order and confirmation

Submitting the request form is not a firm sale: it is a pre-order request. We confirm availability, the delivery round and the total amount by email within 24–48 hours. The sale is concluded upon this confirmation, or immediately upon secure online payment with Stripe.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding any delivery costs stated before confirmation.

Payment is made either online via a secure Stripe payment link where offered, or as agreed at confirmation (on delivery, by bank transfer).

Delivery

Boxes are delivered on local rounds around Rosporden, Concarneau and Pont-Aven, on the dates listed on each product page. If a product is unavailable, an alternative date or a full refund is offered.

Right of withdrawal

Under articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from a distance purchase, without giving a reason.

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (art. L.221-28). Unopened grocery products in their original packaging remain returnable within the 14-day period.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used on all of the site’s own boxes and activities. They are neither refundable after expiry nor exchangeable for cash.

Alcohol

The sale of alcohol to minors under 18 is prohibited (art. L.3342-1 of the French Public Health Code). Proof of identity may be requested on delivery. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health; drink in moderation.

Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to contact@rosporden.com. In accordance with art. L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge: mediator details to be completed by the operator after joining a mediation scheme.
